Harambee Cultural Heritage Garden
The Harambee Cultural Heritage Garden (HCHG) is a community garden planted and stewarded by community volunteers and friends of Harambee Kingston NY, Inc. in Kingston, NY.
Harambee Cultural Heritage Garden features leafy and root vegetables, herbs and flowers that are connected that are of African and African American heritage. Everyone is welcome to visit and participate in our gardening and educational events and programs. Schools and community organizations are encouraged to visit.
The the bounty of the growing season is shared with all visitors and volunteers to harvest and take home. There's nothing like fresh vegetables from the garden to your own table.
